Terms and Conditions for Sunshine Coast Stadium Competitions
Sunshine Coast Stadium competitions include, but are not limited to, ballot entries on event days, 50/50 draws, prizes from survey entries, entries retrieved via Seat Advisor and entries based on certain ticket purchases.
The competition will commence on the date advertised online, through social media, radio, television, print media, etc.
Age of allowed entrants is subject to change depending on the nature of the competition. If any age restrictions, it will be properly advertised.
Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated. This competition is open to Australian residents only. Employees of Sunshine Coast Council including Sunshine Coast Stadium, Corporate Sponsors or patrons with Complimentary tickets are not permitted to enter into any competitions that are presented by Sunshine Coast Council establishments.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be requested to sign a legal release form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
Use of personal information is for competition use only should the entrant win and need to be contacted. Mobile numbers and e-mail addresses will also be used for marketing purposes if the entrant gives necessary permissions to use their information for this purpose.
Any entrant that wins on the day of an event must be present and come forward to collect the prize on the event day unless otherwise informed. If they are not present a new winner may be declared.
