Advice to younger players interested in getting into the game: Try it! There's a reason why it's called the world game.
Best food for fuel:
Chicken chill pasta!
Ingredients - 400grams chicken breast, 2 rashers of bacon, 500grams of pasta (large spirals), bolognaise pasta sauce and of course chilli powder.
Dice chicken and bacon and fry in pan until cooked and add chilli powder (to your taste).
Simultaneously cook pasta in a pot with water until ready.
Drain the pasta and combine with chicken and bacon in a large bowl and stir through pasta sauce.
