Footy lovers will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with NRL and Super Rugby players at six open training sessions, a ‘Come and Try’ junior clinic and a fan day ahead of pre-season clashes at council’s Sunshine Coast Stadium this month.

Thousands of fans are expected to take the opportunity to meet their favourite players from Super Rugby Plus500 Brumbies (February 13), Gallagher Chiefs Rugby (February 13), Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs (February 16), Canberra Raiders (February 16) at one of six open training sessions at Sunshine Coast Stadium along with a New Zealand Warriors fan day (February 22 at Alex Surf Club) and a ‘Come and Try’ clinic for junior NRL players with Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs (February 15).

All six teams will be in action on the field when Sunshine Coast Stadium comes alive with three matches in a fantastic fortnight of February footy.

Super Rugby’s Brumbies and Chiefs will meet on Wednesday night, February 14 followed by two NRL pre-season trials on consecutive Saturdays – the Bulldogs against the Raiders (February 17) and the Titans against the Warriors (February 24).

The Chiefs versus Brumbies game is expected to feature All Blacks and Wallabies representatives, while for NRL fans, it will be the first visit to the Sunshine Coast for the Bulldogs, Raiders and Titans.

Don’t miss the chance to lock in your seats for the pre-season games from $12-$23 for general admission and $30-$40 for grandstand tickets with the option for fans to grab both NRL games at a discount with the Ultimate League Legend deal.

For those who really love their footy, there is nothing better than the Ultimate Fan Experience and the VIP Corporate hospitality packages available for the NRL and Super Rugby pre-season clash.

Tickets incur a one-off transaction fee at booking and are available from Ticketek.
