Corporate Functions

 

Sunshine Coast Stadium has a variety of spaces to host your next function. Below are details for each space available to hire so you can choose which one best suits you!

 

Foyer

The Foyer is a large enclosed area conveniently located on the ground level of the Stadium. The space has an original water feature which sits both inside the Foyer and stretches out into the courtyard entrance, creating a magnificent first impression of the facility and unique touch to the function space.

The Foyer is 150m2 of open space suitable for functions. It has direct access to amenities and the commercial kitchen, as well as views of the beautiful Lake Kawana. It has a carpeted stage area, ideal for presentations or live music performances, two plasma TV's and an in house audio system. See chart below for seating arrangements and capacity.

Corporate Lounge

Whether it is a VIP function watching a sporting match, a conference or a business meeting, the Corporate Lounge is completely versatile and an ideal location for a special event or function. Boasting spectacular 360 degree views of Lake Kawana from the western side and full view of the Stadium field on the eastern side, with 48 corporate seats attached. The space is fully enclosed with glass windows and a large balcony overlooking Lake Kawana from the western end.

The 90m2 space can be used for multiple function styles, including cocktail, theatre, banquet and conference. The room also has a bar servery equipped with two large fridges, bain marie and a service lift with direct access to the full commercial kitchen for catering purposes. It has a plasma TV, projector and screen for presentations, as well as full audio system. See chart below for seating arrangements and capacity.

Corporate Boxes

The grandstand has six corporate boxes with varying seat capactiy (see chart below) that can be hired out to create a VIP experience at any event.

Bistro

Bistro A is a large open space area which looks out onto Lake Kawana and enables access to the public bar servery and grandstand seats. The open space can hold functions which would hold up to nine banquet tables, and has access to the bar facilities.

Bistro B is an open air function space which opens onto a large balcony with views to Lake Kawana. Bistro B can be conected to Corporate Box 1 as an extended function area, and is a great open space for a function on a warm summer evening.
